Your Project, Step by Step
1. Site Assessment

2. Concept & 3D Design
Custom drawings showing layout, appliance selection, countertop materials, and integration with your existing outdoor space. 3. Permits & HOA Submissions
We handle Okaloosa County and Walton County building permits, coordinate with HOA and ARB committees (Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, WaterColor), and manage any required revisions. ARB approval typically takes 2-4 weeks.
4. Electrical, Plumbing & Gas
Licensed Emerald Coast electricians, plumbers, and gasfitters handle all outdoor appliance installation, gas line work, and any submetering required for vacation rental properties.
5. Construction & Installation
Licensed contractors and masons build the structure, install appliances, set countertops, and complete all finishing work. 316-grade marine stainless hardware throughout. CMU structures rated for coastal wind loads.
6. Final Inspection & Handover
